Our three nieces and one newphew (Chloe, Frankie, Liam, and Maya) creating this funny stop-motion movie using my video equipment in the Kitchen of our house over the Christmas holiday. After they shot the footage, I helped them edit into a movie and to do some voiceover dubbed on top of the video. You’ve got to check out this funny video by clicking on the link below.

Halo Machinima: Rocket Festival

You may think this is a joke, but it isn’t. I recently set out to try my hand at making a “machinima” movie, which is an animation movie made out of footage captured from video games. I took this project on to learn more about animation and video editing, not to mention I simply love to play the Xbox video game Halo 2. This video features a great classical piece of music and highlights the incredible physics simulation engine that Halo 2 employs. In the video, a group of seven or eight gamers employ a glitch that involves firing homing rockets in a way such that they can never hit their locked-on targets. They simply spin around and around the target until they run out of fuel. Quite a demonstration of how realistic this gaming engine really is. Check out the video by clicking the links below.
