Tuolumne Meadows Camping Trip

Here’s some photos I made while on our recent camping trip to Tuolumne Meadows in Yosemite National Park last weekend. Most of the shots are from our long day hike near Saddlebag Lakes just outside of the the east entrance of the park. It was truly spectacular up there, and we lucked out by taking a route that most tourists either avoided or didn’t even know about. As we gained elevation throughout the day, we would tackle a steep section of terrain and then be rewarded with a beautiful meadow and high mountain lakes. That continued until we reached an enormous amphitheater of rock and snow with one of the most pristine glacial lakes I’ve ever seen! You can click the photos below, or see a slideshow here.
